Okay so my enhanced portal wouldn't shut down after 36 seconds so I broke the portal modifier on one side of the connection. As I tried to break the other side of the connection(it was still powered) I accidentally went into it . I was sent back to the lobby and when I try to get back into PVE I kept getting sent back to the lobby. As I have seen, I was still in the(still powered) portal when I log in and can't get out due my world still loading while in the portal. Can someone help?
It's always nice to mark a thread as 'done' once it is finished with. Just thought I would let you know, it helps staff members check through the threads, because they don't have to waste time on an already solved problem.
This task is usually left to the staff member who handles the situation. However I personally don't close the thread until confirmation by the player has been given saying that it's now fixed and the thread's no longer needed. In this event he responded with "Thanks so much" however he never logged on thus I couldn't tell if it'd solved.
Yeah I checked and the portal is no longer powered . However I'm still wondering why it didn't shut off after the 36 second time limit
