Done Builder - Buildcraft

Hi,
I find the builder a handy modded tool to get singleplayer structures into multiplayer. But the thing is that it doesn't work. Someone on the server told me it's disabled but I can't find any documentation or something where it says that it is banned or something.

So is it just broken or banned/disabled?

Btw I don't know how to set it to Solved. But the problem is fixed.
