I am building a brand new computer and i was debating on which graphics card I should choose. Please give me your opinion.
I dont know a huge amount, but ideally the best you can comfortably afford. The new gtx 10xx ones are apparently pretty good but are probably pretty expensive. It also depends on what you want to run I guess.
From what i'v heard the rx 480 and the gtx 1060 are the best price/performance currently, so i'd choose between one of those.
As said, RX 480's price and performance are outstanding and you might want to take a look at it. Or at GTX 1060 if you're willing to spent a little bit more. If you're going to mostly play Minecraft, you might want to choose an NVidia card, as Radeons do not perform in it as well as you would expect them to. However, it all depends on how much you're willing to pay for a graphics card, how good are your other specs (mostly your processor and your supply unit) and which games you want to play. I can also build a PC for you, on NewEgg.com for example. I'd like you to provide as much information as possible, so we can create a configuration which will fit your requirements.

Listen if its just for minecraft just get like a GTX 68o but if you want some amazing performance and some new range titles (games) get a x1060
I do play alot of other games such as gta, planet base, Kerbal Space Program. So I need something decent
I wish you would tell us the rest of specs though. I've seen people pairing very good GPUs with terrible CPUs (eg. GTX 780 + AMD FX-6100). Hoping you won't make such a mistake in your setup.
