Done Can't Create Ticket

Hi,

I'm currently stuck in the transition between the normal world and the end in the 1st Crackpack server. Every time I log in to the server I crash.

When I attempt to create a ticket with /ticket create i get notified i need one pre login. I have logged into the ticket system via mym.li/ticket and mineyourmind.net/ticket.

I still get notified for needing a pre login. I suspect its a mis-match between my forum name (MadWizard25) and IGN (Kosmas). However when i try to update my username with my.li/uu it tells me i have never changed my username before, which is correct.

So what you're saying is that your Forums account name is different than your IGN.

They need to be the same.

 

Yeah i figured. Except I cannot change my forum name to my IGN. As i stated before in my 1st post mym.li/uu gives me an error. Specifically;

The following error occurred:
You have not changed your username!

 

Have you clicked on the gear in the right-hand corner? And pressed on "Update Username"?

 

Yeah, thats the same as using mym.li/uu. Both options give me the same error message

According to MadWizard25 – Minecraft Profile – NameMC you've never changed your name. Are you sure you don't have 2 accounts?

HerolsBoss and Lucid, Yes that could be it. One from years ago, couldnt recover the account at one point so got a second account. That old account would be with MadWizard25. I guess I used the same name for this forum account.

If this is the case, would it be possible to merge this forum account with the IGN Kosmas account? I could make a new forum account for Kosmas but my donation status for Kosmas is linked to this forum account.

If i remember right you need to sign up for the forums on the other account to enable them to be merged. We can also just transfer donor status after you post here with the other account if you want.

Accounts merged (thanks to SW for pointing out the totally obvious button). Your donor status should transfer over automatically.
