May i ask, do you do anything but complain lately?

 

:/ Not complaining when nothing can be done towards the achievement, but only the recipe,[DOUBLEPOST=1471010955][/DOUBLEPOST]as the getting the sword is a death sentence to the server

Anyways. The math here is wrong I believe. We will assume the majority of resources will go into crafting the Infinity ingot blocks and then just double the number of blocks to overestimate the cost of the other components and gain a hard upper limit on the cost.

The recipe requires 32 Infinity Ingot blocks (9x9 perimeter = 36 - 4 corners = 32). This is 32x9 = 288 Infinity Ingots. 288 Infinity Ingots * 11 Infinity Catalysts/Ingot = 3168 Infinity Catalysts. 3168 Infinity Catalysts * 1 (resource) singularity/Catalyst = 3168 Singularities (of a particular resource). 3168 Singularities * 22800 blocks/singularity = 72230400 metal blocks (for each metal, a little less for gold). 72230400 blocks * 9 ingots/block = 650073600 ingots. This amounts to 650 million, not 6.5 billion. Multiply by two as indicated in the methodology to obtain a very conservative upper limit of 1.3 billion. If we take a more liberal (but still pretty conservative) estimate, I'd say it requires 750 million or so ingots of each type.

Don't complain before actually doing the math. What you thought took a year now takes 1.2 months.

Also, the Sword of the Cosmos is some trash. "Infinite" damage huh? You'd think Infinite damage would be able to take down some draconic armor, but oh no... Zero damage first hit. Takes down about 300 shield.

Yes, I'm not saying it isn't. But now it's at a doable level. I was merely trying to correct this mistaken notion that 6.5 billion of each ingot was required. Also, just to update you all... Wyvern armor protects you so each hit only does 10 hearts of damage. Seriously. This "Infinite" damage nonsense is false marketing.

 

we have talked about it and are happy with the recipe as it is currently if you have any other suggestions we would love to hear them

My calculations were not wrong. I already said 6.5 billion together which includes all metals, redstone etc.

 

@WikidSick Rather than stating you dont like it and complaining how about you tell us how to resolve this without making it as easy as getting red rock on Hypo or Dirt in minecraft

 

Make the requirements bit less but not dat easy :/
