Implemented electric hoe

i need to make a electric hoe for a quest but the gui recipe doesnt work is there a recipe that works on the server or is it broken?

The recipe sin posted was the one I tried to show you in my ME crafting terminal when you were on my island yesterday, when you said you fixed it I assumed you meant you'd set it to the proper recipe already, but if not then the proper recipe already worked before you did anything, it just wasn't showing up in NEI
