Implemented regarding unusual hives

i have found it IMPOSSIBLE, frankly, to be able to find one type of hive, unusual. This hive apparently is only found in jungles or plains, above the surface, yet i have searched many jungles, and plains, and have found no unusual hive. I have one question, can you make it so you can buy unusual bees on the market, aka princesses and drones, for a fair price? i ask this because no one else seems to have found this have/bee breed and you can't breed for it, and i want to get some mutations of this bee for my collection, may you do this so i can go forward with bees?[DOUBLEPOST=1404663409,1404427055][/DOUBLEPOST]can someone please do something about this?

SharkStopper, LeahLouisa, and I have spent many hours on North, East, South, Mine, and Quarry worlds but have yet to find any unusual hives.

 

My vote is if we are to make them obtainable then it should be as a custom recipe instead of just being able to buy them, @SirWilli what do you think of this:

Corners: Earth Crystal Cluster id=2417:3
Sides: Ethereal Glass id=2518
Top+Bottom: Magical Wood id=2523:8
Middle: Apiary id=1408

 

being that these are supposed to be quite common thats a bit expensive, no? these should be common in normal worlds but never came on moster for some reason making that a bit expensive to craft for a "common" item, but thats my opinion on the recipie, let's see willi's

 

I don't want them to be too cheap/easy to craft, certainly not easily auto-craftable.

Princesses are still supposed to be an effectively finite resource that you are supposed to have to scour the land for, making them buyable or craftable makes them an infinite resource which makes it much easier for people to obtain large numbers of pristine breeding pairs which can then be put through genetics to turn them into any other bee.

 

i can ruin all of that *makes pseudo inversion sigil*(this only needs 1 of every vanilla music disc 13 diffrent vanilla potions all the vanilla cookable things and all vanilla "ores", which i'm too lazy to do ALL of it but not lazy enough that i've never done it) *uses a smart way to get earth crystal clusters automated* (this is the only hard part) *autocrafts magical wood* (which is easy) oh and have you heard of TRADING for princesses then making them the other type of bee? if not please see apiarist villagers :/ bees are INFINITE, because emeralds are infinite xD now do you understand why i (somewhat) thought that was a bit too hard because princesses and drones are both effectively infinite xD

 

their id is 1754 with a metadata of 1 whelp, time to get that pseudo inversion sigil

 

well i said hives because there are NONE and multiples means you have to make plurals and the metadata specifies what block

 

Rebalanced the recipe a bit:

Top Corners: Earth Crystal Cluster id=2417:3
Top Middle: Ethereal Glass id=2518
Centre: Queen (any kind should work since all bees are meta data with the same base id) id=13339
Sides: Magical Wood id=2523:8
Bottom Corners: Filled Honeycomb Block id=1984:3
Bottom Middle: Apiary id=1408

Resultant product: Unusual Hive id=1754:1

One willi adds the recipe it will require a server restart to take effect.

I think a scheduled restart happened just before you added the new recipe so it may be a while yet before the recipe works!
