OK this is now getting very frustrating, after the update of the HQM file to 64k users I was hoping for a stable quest book, but now for the second time I have got to over 85% complete in the questbook, last one was around the 95% mark and it gets reset. Some quests take weeks to complete due to the lag problems I have to reduce my animals or the machinery I have. What was the reason this time and will it continue to happen. I upped my donation for the third time as you guys have a good server here and I enjoy playing with the community, with the latest updates I thought this was all fixed, but if I am never going to be able to complete the quest book I am not sure my donations were a wise investment nor the time I spend playing the server. When will the questbook become stable for players to complete the whole thing?
First off the quest mod is not in our hand so we can't do anything to prevent the reset and it is also not our fault. Sometimes the server freezes in the startup because of the HQM mod, if we would not reset the quests at this point the server would never start again. If you want to complete the quest book you should play on the agrarian + I think it will never happen that the HQM mod is stable. It also makes no sense to report the bugs to the HQM devs.
OK thanks for the answer SirWilli, yep heard bad things about those HQM devs, I am going to try for once or more then I think AG+ will be the answer. Is there any way to move my island to the AG+ server, or if not as I know there are extra mods can I make up a chest or have things in my inv to take across to that server?
