Lost my last life on Ozone 2 (by my own idiocy) and I got the normal hardcore game over bit and kicked from the server and all, but when I logged back in, my island was still there and there was no difference except that my inventory wasn't in my gravestone. Is this working as intended, or should I consider this a bug report and restart my island? Thanks.
As long as it doesn't happen every time I leave the decision to you if you want to continue or restart but please check if the island protection is still there. Sometimes it removes the protection but not the island. You should receive a purple message if you walk or teleport into your island.
Nope, I'm playing solo, so I guess it's just a weird bug! Thanks for the answer, SirWill - in the interest of playing as intended, I restarted my island. I'll be back to let you all know if it happens consistently. (I'm bad enough at this game that I'm sure I'll run out of lives again)
Created an island, jumped off 3 times. Rejoined the server, /is only allows me to create a new island and not teleport home. Teleporting to the area shows an empty place.
It happened with me. If you share a party with shared lives and you die, the party is destroyed, but as long as the island owner didn't die the island is still there with protection enabled.
Go to spawn and go back to your island. If you see a purple/pink message with something like: You entering (leaving) a protected area, your island is protected.
