I Was crafting an unstable ingot to make some ethereal glasses after i made the ingot i was making the glasses it was auto-saving i crafted it then after the auto-save the ingot explode and i died and lost my sigil a life and one healing axe
Same thing happened to me. I had an adv item collector there as well in just in case I messed up... which I did but the collector didn't grab the division sigil so it wasn't dropped. Not sure if that is normal behavior with unstable ingot explosions or not. Didn't really matter since I'm at the point where the wither boss is trivial to kill. I just made another.
