I have always been wondering why the potato is such an interesting topic here on MineYourMind.
Now I've done some research.

So, this is an issue:

Everytime the word "Potato" is in a poll on the forums, it statistically gets most-voted.
But why? I have been researching.

This is the ingredients of a standard potato.



Nothing too special 'bout them. Only thing: They are without any Cholesterol, so that could not be it.

Is it their chemical structure before they are ready to harvest?


Unripe potatos are mainly built of Solanine (C45H73NO15) which is highly toxic. Cant be the reason.

Is it the internet meme of "I'll take a potato chip"?

Possible. But I believe in higher powers that guide the people to vote potato.

Last try: American presidential election.
I believe in the illuminati to raise a new candidate: The potato.
And all their fellow illuminati followers help spreading the power and influence of the potato by making it rule all over this forums. Damn them!
