soo i was putting the stuff automatically in and finished soo i was like lets go have my breakfast and i come back, i see this and i was VERY angry

 

that's what my base always looks like, I don't see anything wrong?

Never automatically put items in, it has a tendancy to explode

We learned this...
It turns out that auto inserting items tends to put a Stack of Uranium in instead of 1 witch causes almost instant explosion

 

Why don't you just name every single piece of uranium something different and then put them into the auto inserting chest/area

 

Use Steve's factory manager or logistics pipes, no chance of explosions

 

Bug on ic2 end according to the reports so they might not wok either
