There is currently no /ignore command on the monster east server. It says the person has been muted but they are still seen. This is an invaluable social tool, as staff cannot always mediate, and this is a basic privilege that should be extended from real life. Thank you.

/ch ignore for the chat and /mute for the privat chat should work for you.

Yeah, no command works to actually ignore a player. Will this be fixed? Chat confirms the ignore command was successful but their messages still show

Unfortunately, it doesn't. I tried /ignore playername and then /ch ignore playername. Their messages still showed

You could try /eignore <player>, haven't tested it but it might work?

So, we obviously have a failure to communicate here... I know the commands. They don't work.

To say it in german for SirWilli:
Die Befehle /ignore und /mute gehen zwar, aber sie bewirken nichts, bedeute er hat sie gemutet / ignoriert aber er sieht sie dennoch.

    And for the english people:
The Commands /ignore and /mute works, but they don't have a use, that means he has muted / ignored them but he still see them in the chat
