Done I created an in-game ticket but does not appear in the Ticket Page? its normal?

I know that there is a delay to be sent to the site but this for hours! I may have misunderstood the ticket system but this case I'm sorry!

Could check please? because I do not think so created really the ticket! if so, I create on the website!

 

Hello. Tickets should not take that long in order to be created. Although tickets do tend to take some time. Some tickets could take days. It really depends on the situation. I have looked but could not find your ticket. Did you type /ticket create ingame then follow the link and summit your ticket?

 

I not had time to read everything because when I sent the ticket and appeared the message, gave "Desconect from server! Time out" because I was going to FarmWorld and it almost always happens when i change the dimension. :/

 

In-Game or Here? How to make ticket in the site? or cant make in the site?

 

You can only create tickets ingame, as it will include some information about you (world, location and server/node)
