Done Bedrock

Is there any way you can break bedrock, excluding the chance cube method.

 

The ultra OP infinipick or something like that can mine bedrock. Which accounts for the huge holes in the nether roof, i guess.

 

Hey, we had a problem with spectre blocks from reward bags. Similar to bedrock, not harvestable. We tackled it by going to the nether and getting those upside down trees, blood... something bloodwood? Anyway, they grow downward from netherack and seemingly ignore all blocks, replacing them with leaves. I would remove all nearby machinery or chest, anything you care about. We were able to replace our spectre blocks and then harvest the tree that replaced it. It could work with bedrock.

Try higher up so the leaves would spawn in the bedrock instead of the wood?
