Implemented Quests seem to have gone

So on AG+, after the recent upgrade of am2 again, some of the quests in the quest book seem to have vanished, mainly the blood magic line. There are a few others that have gone as well such as the one for making 25 healing axes. Now I'm not sure if this was intentional or not but i just thought id bring it to light.
