This hasn't been happening until last night and it's quite irritating, looking for possible solutions.

    • When pinging SF3 Servers (as well as viewing it on the launcher) I am getting an average of 1100-1400ms+
    • My upload and download speeds are 25+mb/s
    • I am having no issues with other websites or games
    • I have 3gig minimum to 6gig maximum for Minecraft on the MyM launcher.
Things I have tried so far:
    • Resetting the modem
    • Thoroughly cleaning my computer as well organizing all the files.
    • Troubleshooting the internet through windows
    • IPConfig dns flush
Edit: Tried uninstalling the modpack to reinstall it, and now it's installing SUPER slow (.04% every couple seconds), never had that issue before.

    Computer Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 TI (10128 MB)
    Intel i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
    16gb RAM
    Windows 8.1 64-bit

You could run winmtr to analyze the route it takes. Imagine the connection from your home to the server like a network of streets. If any of the streets is overcrowded/slowed down, the information takes longer to transfer. Winmtr will show you every crossing and how long it took until reaching it.
WinMTR – Free Network Diagnostic Tool
    WinMTR download | SourceForge.net

You just run it on the server ip.

Thanks Slind! It seems to have evened out, it's weird that it only lasted about 24 hours. I'll post another thread if it acts up again and use that WinMTR.

Since the issue seems to be fixed I will go ahead and close this thread. Please let us know if this happens again. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day :)

Well when it crashes at one of the high ways or crossings, it takes time to repair it or send the traffic another way.

No way for you to repair the "highways" as they are physical machines. But you can reroute it using a VPN as temporary solution until the routers/switches are fixed.

I wasn't able to find any VPNs that didn't require me to pay for them.
