Done Crashing every time i log in

Hey, just today for about the last 20 minutes every time i log in i can play for about 30 seconds before my entire game crashes, crash log attached

 

Here is the crash-report for easy access:

(please next time don't upload it to the forum, upload the crash-report to pastebin or similar)
While someone that understands that crash-report, try Force-Update the modpack (on the MyM Launcher, right click the pack and hit Force Update) and then try disabling Fast Craft.

 

occasionally it crashes randomly but it doesnt happen as much like once every hour or 2

 

Try disabling fastcraft, optifine as well if you're using it

 

yeah i have, its working alot better now
