Done Flag Not Showing Up?

I was going through the Staff list when I saw that Slind doesn't have a flag by his name. (Everyone else does though.)
Does anyone know what that means?

Slind is a mysterious guy Kappa.

 

Doesn't mean anything at all. Most likely he has it disabled from showing. knowing about it or not.

 

Interesting, how do you disable it though?

 

Just took a look at it myself, if you hover over the spot where it should be it shows that it's the flag for "unknown" which is just all white
