I was looking to move to an Island, there appears to be an abandon base sitting on the shore of where I would like to build, the cords are x: +2648 z:3035 Y: 63 Can this be removed or do I have permission to remove this abandon base so i can build on this island. Thank you in advance.
Hello oOcanadianOo, we do not remove bases (you don't know if it's actually abandoned, it could even be someone just starting). Please find another suitable place to build, and do not touch this base. I know this is not what you wanted to hear and I apologize for that, I wish you luck in finding an even better place to build. -Tuff
I was under the impression that anything left inactive for more than 2 weeks would be removed or something which is why i asked.
A claimed area will get regenerated back to world gen status if the owner is inactive for 14 days. An unclaimed area isn't automatically selected for regeneration, because it isn't claimed. Claimed or not, the owner could still be active, even if you don't notice them. Hope that clears things up, good luck! -Tuff
Thats a very hole-y policy, some endgame player could leave his base unclaimed and leave but it would not be removed and continue creating lots of lag
Then we have Senior Moderators+ that would be called towards such an issue to resolve it But, I think the original issue has already been resolved so there's no need to further this thread.
