Done I cant use explode from psi in overworld

I have a problem with psi, the problem is that i cannot use the trick explode inside my friend's island, i personally think its a permissions problem but i dont really know,time ago it worked perfectly and someday it stopped worked with no appearent reason

 

That may have worked before mobGriefing was turned off. Which pretends Creepers from damaging the world when they explode.

So you wont see any Explosion which destroys blocks in the overworld.

 

But my friend can use it perfectly...
