Done I lost my rank

Hello! I use to play on this server in 2014. I had the name killer1265747 when I played and I bought either tier 1 or 2. I changed my name and now I don't have my rank anymore. Help please

Ranks that you buy should automatically transfer across all nodes when you change your name, as stated at the bottom of This Thread.

Did you Update your username on the forums? Click the Cog icon and click "Update Username"

Since you posted here stating it didn't, i will go ahead and tag an @Administrator so they can resolve this issue for you.

Update for Staff: After speaking to him in a private message, he told me that he created a new account as he forgot the password to his old one.
