I have been trying to use the MYM launcher because I would like to check out arg+, but I can not finish loading before it just brings me back to launcher. I have also tried to launch regular arg and it dosen't work. But when I use the FTB launcher I can play fine. I uploaded the log here: The game is running. Please wait. Well, it clearly is throwing an OutOfMemory exception, how much RAM does your computer has? Are you using any Java flags? (like -Xmx or -Xms)
(As long as you don't exceed 4Gb or RAM, you don't need 64bits) Ok, start the launcher and click the "Options..." button. Then modify the "Minimum memory (MB)" to 1024 and the "Maximum memory (MB)" to 2048. Then change "PermGen (MB)" to 512. Try and tell us ^^
the max memory java 32bit can use is 1 gb! If this is about AG+ it might not work, as the modpack is too big. If it is about normal AG, it should work if you change the settings: http://mym.li/32bit
The theoretical limit for maximum heap size on 32 bit JVM is 4GB and for 64 bit JVM its 2^64. And I don't believe setting PermGen to 128Mb will work..
It didn't even launch with those parameters, and the one for 32 bit launch but still don't work, it just brings me back to launcher even for argarian skies regular.
Do you have any Java processes running in the background? (Task manager) If so, close them all and relaunch.
I don't have any other processes running, I guess Ill just stick to regular agrarian skies and the FTB launcher.
Well found out problem, I wasn't thinking it would be a problem but there were some default things put in JVM arguments. deleted them and it worked . But I can't run argarian skies+ by the looks with 1GB.
