Hey guys, my friend is having abit of an issue. I was not sure if its worthy of a ticket. My friend is trying to do some thaumcraft but the research table will not register his scans. I am aware that you need to connect directly to the server instead of the hub connect. He is currently using this IP. infinity5.mineyourmind.net with this IP he should be connecting directly but still gets sent to the Hub. any suggestions? friends name is : 5pnkMonster ps. he can't post himself since he never received the confirmation email
We will need the client log after he tried connecting via the direct IP. He should be able to resend the mail and also check spam.
We have been able to solve to confirmation email... someone didn't check his junk mail... Once he comes on I will get the Log and upload it here.
