Implemented Returning Player - No Claim Blocks

Hey Guys,

I have not played for a while, but i returned to find that monster north has been removed (or at least thats what chat said). Just wondering if that is true, what then is the go is with claim blocks, given that the additional claim blocks I get for being a premium member all got put into the north system, meaning i now have no claim blocks remaining as i cant transfer them out of north. Im assuming you just need to reset my player account or something, anyway just let me know what i need to do.
