Done Donator Shop

Donator shop has been down the last few days, keeps saying 'This webstore is currently unavailable. Please check back later.' Any word on when it should be fixed?

You could vote and receive tokens which you can turn into MyM's.

I understand, but you can do this in the meantime if it's mainly for myms.

And we'll let you guys know as soon as we know something more or if the shop is fixed!

Sadly that is something I have not memorized nor do I have a screenshot of to look for reference. I'll see if anyone else knows, and since this is a public thread anyone who does may let you know. But for now it's going to be a "need to wait 'till it's fixed".

Has there been any information on the situation? I'd like to donate for T3 but i cant cause the shop is still down.

 

Credits are always Cash. Claim Blocks are something like 1 mym a piece.

Well as it was evident by what Slind said in his comment, the store is not something we can fix. We have to wait until buycraft themselves fix the issue. But, the website Ghast provided is a good place to keep tabs on what is going on for sure

 

Update - There appears to have been a regression introduced in the new version of glibc 2.23-0ubuntu6 that was pushed out recently. This has been reported to have affected many different servers both on AWS and other infrastructure. A new version, 2.23-0ubuntu7 has been released and our instances have all been upgraded to use this version. We will continue to monitor the situation, however we believe this new version should resolve the issues being experienced.

That state they have fixed the issue, but the donation shop still appears to be down.
Are they snorting to much blaze powder?
