Done Can't access things like I should

I recently started Agarian, and I don't know if this is supposed to be a thing. I joined prometheus, as we had both recently started, and it was fine when he was there. He turned in for the night after a recent restart and I for some reason can't access the items on the island anymore, even though it was fine before. I hope this is something that can be fixed.

 

He tried, and it said I was already in a group on an island. It said to me I was in no party.

 

k try this first he need to do /is trust so you can give him any important item then do /is leave and re join thats what i did when the same thing happen to me
