Checked first and it doesn't even install it anywhere. After clicking the MyM-Launcher.exe, it goes to the 'Loading.. ." screen and then just closes. Any way of fixing this? Honestly have no idea why this happens. Cheers
whats your java version also what os if you are using windows and useing the windows version try the .jar version of the launcher
Did you open the program as a system administrator at least once? Did you have any other problems with launchers that open up a loading screen first so far? Did you issue a deinstall of the .exe and download another one yet?
I have reinstalled the exe many times, and administrator changes nothing. It doesn't attempt to download any of the files, so one way of fixing may be a direct download of the full launcher. Oh and no issues with other launchers, currently using Curse for some modpacks, but direwolf is a different version on there, would be easier to use the mymlauncher.
Please download the jar (linux/mac) version from the website. Shift right click in the download directory (at an empty spot), click open command window here. In the command window type java -jar MyM-Launcher.jar This will start the launcher and display the log in the command window. When it closes, please copy the entire content of the command window and post it here in a code block. Edit: You might need to enable edit mode or use the edit menu. To open it, right click the title bar of the command window and a dialog like this will appear:
Done that, all I get is; Error occurred during initialization of VM java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object
