Done Got banned-No reason

With this Thread i am asking why I got banned:
I played Crash Landing normal and then I guess somebody reported me and now i'm banned! I want a Staff-Member to explane this and I want to ask if I can get un-banned.

My ingame name is: suptntstar

Crash Landing is a hardcore server. If you lose your lives, you get banned.

However, trying to join while banned will ping the server to delete your profile and unban you. Have you tried rejoining afterwards?

Were you in a group? If anybody in your group duplicates, the entire group is banned. This is even in the rules, telling you to keep an eye on teammates.

What's more, is this group-based ban ignores modpacks. If you get banned on any server for dupes, you're banned on every server.
