Greetings fellow MyM'ers! I'm sure by the title of this thread you know why I've gathered you all here today- to wish our Senior Moderator @matiepie2 a Happy Birthday! Lets all make this day a fantastic one for him!

Ever since I was here in 2014, I have met many years on this server, and through a one year break I really missed all of the staff members here. Ever since I have become a staff member on MyM, and a big thank you to the owners for allowing me to build the Christmas lobby way back then, and thank you for all the work you put in making sure everyone is happy. However, in I have always been a part of a family, the MyM family. With GamrMom being the metaphorical mom, and wyndad being the metaphorical dad. I want to appreciate what these people put in to our network, and I especially want to give a callout to Aidoneus for how much work they have done to our servers, and Ysera coming up with ideas for our pixelmon server and applying them. I have seen many staff come and go here, and I can say with my heart no matter what they do, and what silly questions they ask... ahem, Colins as long as they don't break the rules, they are part of my family, our family. Even Kaze, who will one day haunt all of our dreams is still part of our family. Again, thank you all the staff that work here on your free time. Thank you to all the managers that support me, and all the great work they do fixing the network, managing perms and recruiting new members to the network Now, you might have said "Matie, but what about the players?" And the answer to that, is you are absolutely right. Without our players, we would have no server to work on, and even though we ban people from our servers, remember that they are free to appeal when they have learned their lesson and they are very sorry. A few callouts here, chugga_fan who was to blame for the lag in the old days (But thank you, you have been here probably longer than I have and are a very dedicated player to our network), Booker, who although they were a staff member here has created the all new Rage Quit modpack that everyone can check out here (Not selling out, I promise :') ) and everyone else that I missed that has posted on the forums, and has constantly been helping our new, or old players that are playing on this network. Again, new, or old, thank you for being part of such a great community, and I hope you stay through all our troubles especially during the time outs yesterday, and I hope you can forgive us for what happened. We have got it fixed now, so you should be able to play the 1.7.10 servers again without fear of losing your draconium pick to lava, or timing out and falling into lava, and I hope we can make your experience the best possible on the MineYourMind network.

I think I can ... /ban chugga_fan lagging server But in reality, thank you so much for being here so long, the amount of work you put in and the support and time you put in is worthy of a great recognition. I've known you since I first become a staff member ~3 years ago, and although sometimes it wasn't positive popularity ;') I'm glad you are still here, and I look forward to seeing you in Rage Quit when it comes out, and myself of course raging and quitting multiple times.
Because if I didn't post, you'd be disappointed. And because it's still your birthday where I'm at. And because I can. @matiepie2
