    I believe it is also against the rules, to give people end game items, such as any draconic evolution item, but im not sure about beyond. Especially if he is bugging people to the pount where he "forces" them to give him items.

    Willow, Its against the rules to trade publicly and on market, but if they want to trade privately there is truly nothing we can do about it.

    Well technically it is against the rules to trade privately for items that you can't make, but there's not an easy way to enforce it that rule to it's not :p
