To install the Pixelmon modpack do the follow: (Windows) Go to Pixelmon Website (here) Head to download page (here) Select Launcher Spoiler Hit the Green Button "Download Pixelmon Launcher (Beta)" Save it anywhere (it doesnt matter where, you'll have a shortcut on your desktop when you finish) Unzip it and run the file PixelmonLauncherBeta-2.0.23.exe (it may change the version) Select where you want the files to save (Optional) Mark the checkbox and read the terms It will ask for Administrator Permission Put your Minecraft email and password to connect to your account (you can disable the music after this step) Click on the play button to login. (It can take a bit to login) If you wanna disable the music from the launcher go to the right top corner and click on the Volume Icon to disable. Now go to Create New Profile. Give it a name and Select the version Beta - Pixelmon 5.0.0-beta7 Select the forge Unmark the option Add default Pixelmon servers (they are boring) Hit the save button and then the Download Click on the button Run and the name you wrote on step 13. Join on these ips: pixelmonnext.mym.li or pixelmongo.mym.li Or wait until it launches on the MyM Launcher
Great tutorial! one question: Is it possible to add WIALA and NEI? ive tryed for a minute or two but gave up when it started talking about chicken core and it being defaultly implemented in forge or something (i didnt wanna waste an hour figuring it out ) Thanks!
the forge version used by pixelmon launcher is old. Use minecraft launcher with latest forge instead. Don't worry, you can just copy and paste all what is in the pixelmon mods folder into minecraft's without any trouble.(Or so I hope)
ill give it a try when i get home, might try it with the curse launcher too if it has the right version of forge.
Mym Staff does not give out the Seed for any of our servers. Additionally, the newest 1.10 Pixelmon Server has been extensively customized by several of our Staff. Including a Hand built Spawn, eight Gyms, and all three Shrines. Plus a few little easter eggs thrown in here and there.
Well! You're in luck! Eyes of Ender have a wonderful mechanic in vanilla if you right click the ground with one in hand it will fly in the general direction of your closest Ender Portal before falling to the ground. There are also rumors that a mysterious Temple to Arceus has appeared in one of the many deserts on the map that holds a portal to the Distort World (AKA: The End ).
