Decided Against Please remove the RainManager plugin or disable it.

Some players actually like/need rain for several reasons. Farms are affected and grow faster, lightning can be harnessed to genereate RF and other than that i just like the rain. But this RainManager thing turns the rain off after only a minute... thats very annoying. please change the timer to a longer amount or if possible disable it all together.

 

Odds are you wouldn't want the rainmanager to go away really .. on infinity, the longer you are awake, the more it rains. On a multiplayer server it's almost impossible to get everyone to sleep, and so it gets to a point where it will rain all day every day, days at a time. A huge bummer for people who rely on solar.

 

well then maybe not make it go away, but increase the time for it to actually rain, because it turning off after 5 mins is just meh... and if ppl rely on solar, thats their problem rly. rain is part of the game and some actually rely on lighting rods for power.

 

Your point can well be taken in reverse. Dont rely on lightning rods so much.

 

Winter can not be disabled because it enters into the manufacture of some machines or magic, for example

Regarding solar during rain…
It never rains in the desert

But there's nowhere that it always rains for lightning rods…

it doesnt rain in desert biomes? thats new... but some of you arent getting the point... i actually want it to rain. Im not trying to get rain disabled, i want it enabled for a longer period than 5 minutes. i like the rain xD

And i dont actually use lightning rods, i just like the sound and the way rain looks. However there are people on the server who do use lightning rods and they are now being rendered useless because rain gets turned off every 5 minutes after it starts.

I think it is good as it is. Sun is needed far more than rain, farms can use sprinklers and for beginners, 5 minutes are clearly enough to get some barrels filled with water.
Beside, the environment looks much nicer when the sun is shining

 

Well there could be a farm world where it is always raining or something. That is if it is really an issue, like Aidoneus said we have gotten this far without it just fine.

 

do you people not believe in buckets like no offence but if only rely one 1 thing for power you arnt really thinking ahead i mean a thing of water underneath your farm will do just fine or agricraft sprinklers.

 

Isn't it possible to put leaves in a crucible for water? If you need water you can try this

 

tahts for some skyblocks not all of them i think only sky factorys 2 and 3 have them as far as i know

 

Crackpack doesn't have Rainmanager right? It really does need it... My bees will never work because it will rain for days at a time.
