And here's why I like them.
Transmutation tablet + good armor = creative mode.

 

Did you happen to make that yourself? If so, did you base it off Etho's design for his vanilla "super smeltery"?

It's not as fast as a setup like that or what Etho had did in his vids.

one fun though useless example is listing to the radio or watching youtube using a mod in-game, though it would be an interesting social experiment with how it can be used with other players

 

Automation and decrative blocks are my reasons. Building a setup to automatically process everything, sort and craft is amazing. Then tearing it all down and rebuilding it to make it look good and also save a step. Designong a system that uses as many mods as i can do do something.
