Done Stuck in a portal in another claim

    I went into the nether using the portal at my base, then went back through my portal and ended up in someone else's base.
    Stuck in a portal in another claim. I'm not able to use /is home or any commands since I cant type until the portal animation stops. The guys base I am in his portal blocked with a gate and I of course cannot open it. This is SkyFactory 3 Node 2
