I think people should be warned, having the change of lost-island by HQM

some people die on eather or other place and they got removed island and reset quest book. I feel so bad at them.
I know that this can be nooby situation, but this thing is quite critical to gameplay so I think this fact should be more emphasized than other rules.

Maybe it's me, but I've no idea what you're referring to. Some mis packs have a choice of a hardcore option like crashlanding. Other packs are set to hardcover by default,this is normally addressed in the quest book.

True it does seem to be somewhat random from what I've seen in the past

 

I believe Kappa was set to hardcore, I could be wrong though.

Project Ozone 2, both Normal and Kappa modes, have the Hardcore setting turned ON.

 

But it's buggy and not everyone gets it so it should either be for certain on or off.

 

Well the problem isnt that it deletes bases, the problem is that sometimes it does it and sometimesnit doesn't. It seems to be random.
