Sometimes I think to myself and wonder are so called "aliens" real? If you think to yourself and know how large our galaxy and our universe is wouldn't you think that there is such a small chance probably less than 1% of not being the only living creatures on a planet in our Universe? What if there are and our governments know this and don't tell the public? Would it be because there could be mass hysteria or people who doubt them? In my opinion I think that there is a very good possibility that we are not alone in our universe. Maybe we just haven't found this planet yet or we have overlooked it because we believe that they need the exact same type of things we need on earth? Another myth or so called legend i guess is ghosts. Do you think that ghosts could be real? Please give me your opinion in the comments
Well you can't really say that cause we haven't actually met any aliens have we so you can't make that decision . Unless you're an alien!
If another intelligent species had developed in our galaxy, it's very unlikely it would have been in the last couple hundred thousand years, but rather in the past couple hundred million years. That's more than enough time to spread throughout every system in the galaxy and so their presence would be here on earth as well. Therefore, the most likely scenario is we are the last surviving remnant of a billion year galactic empire marooned on a backwater planet or we're alone.
So, the best way to explore would to be to build a probe that would find a suitable planet for resources, builds a base with communications and replicates its self and sends them off to repeat the process. Just a few iterations in and you have a massive network. We have not detected the presence of any such thing so even if they are out there they are probably so far away as to make it the same as if they done exist.
A living being that enters your planet and starts secretly undermining the performance of your society, by slowly interrupting the flow of time with their superior and over-scaled technology. After that they proceed to put hidden traps all over the planet to slowly kill you, even though it is not allowed. Once you are gone, they come to your house and raid everything. I banned a couple of those. And then they make a ban appeal and say that it was their little brother. Oh wait, Aliens? No idea.
Do aliens exist? Probably, statistically it is probable that there is another planet in the universe that contains a life form, now is it an intelligent form of life that resembles a little green guy, probably not.
