EnderIOAddons provides, surprisingly, addons for EnderIO. Among these is the Agricraft Farming Station. Alone, it acts as a normal but expensive farming station. It can, however, be upgraded with specific capabilities in order to allow agricraft crops to be sorted, scanned, bred, upgraded or mutated automatically, to name a few or possibly all of the options. Unfortunately, these upgrades tend to be quite late-game due to their needing capacitor seeds, and so are best suited to situations where you just want to optimize crop yields in an already functioning system.

 

That's great, I'll have to see if regrowth has those. Waiiiit we don't have ender io in regrowth

Yes

 

Well on Regrowth seed leveling is easy, no need for anything.

I am sure you could come up with some complicated redstone contraption to automatically level seeds.
