Hello, I play yesterday at ~7h PM (GTM+2), I go to the mining world and do /rtp almost 5 times, but when I do a /home, I lost my draconic pickaxe fortune III and I don't understand why, I check in my refined storage system but it's not here.

So you do not fix the problems on your servers and do not pay for the problems created by these bugs?
The staff of MYM try their hardest to prevent problems from occurring, whenever possible, and if this glitch was possible to prevent from happening in the future, they would. However, MYM does not give back items that were lost due to said glitches. It may seem unreasonable when you are being effected by it, however it is for the best overall. I truly am sorry to hear about your loss, but there is nothing that can be done about it.

I am not an expert on the exact reasoning (that would be a question for a staff member) but I believe one reason is that it saves a lot of time for the staff that could be spent on other server related things, if they just say "no refunds at all" they avoid wasting time on everybody who wants a refund. Even if they do deserve one.
It's just because I farmed a lot for craft this draconic pickaxe and for fortune III and it's soo long to re-craft it without a pickaxe who dig in 5x5x5 with fortune III
You could read the eloquent post about our refund policy, but since you asked... I could check logs etc to possibly verify that you had the item, but that would take time away from me doing other things. Sure I could send a moderator out to check the area and look and say, yep he had one or check it myself, and just so you know, I actually do when players ask and give me a reasonable amount of information to track it down. You'll also notice it wasn't a staff member that slapped you with #norefunds so asking another player about policies and why we do things might give you an answer, but is it the right one? Now, let's say we didn't have this policy in place you'd need someone to spawn an item in for you, well my friend despite what you might think the pool of people able to just make items appear out of thin air is a small one. Meaning that some higher level staff would have to spawn the item and do the enchanting on it etc. which again takes time that I could be doing other things, you know like responding to support requests. "But wyndman! I'm one person, how long could that possibly take? You're taking the time to write this aren't you?" you're saying. True, but while I'm responding to your question I'm also loading the pack to see if I can actually find your pick for you. Given the limitations of 1.10 it is much more difficult to narrow down where it might have gone so it is time consuming at best. So what has taken you a few minutes to read, represents me spending considerable time looking for a pick axe. Which I was unable to track down for you despite my efforts. So yes, we have a no refund policy for this reason, where it takes you so long to mine for the materials to replace it, it also takes time even for me to find evidence that you had the item, lost the item and replace the item.
