Implemented Ontime has reset for me

I was within 15 hours of the titan rank last time i checked a week or two ago. Today it say my lifetime on server is 10 hours. Was there a reset I missed?

Jonny0791 also has this issue, his ontime had reset,
he's currently sitting on the King title, and I don't know whether he's going to get anymore ranks because of it.

 

Since I donated, I lost my ontime rank completely.

Always check with /ontime, never come to this conclusion that your ontime has reset, if your rank has gone.
When I donated as well, my rank completely went, so I had to goto the lobby and fix that.
The rank takes a little while before it renders onto the server you play, so don't be alarmed if it happens again.

 

I checked with /ontime. it hasnt reset, just the rank doesnt appear by my name in chat.

 

I suggest going to lobby > compass > rank title > reset current title at the end > then black title of the current one you are, and then the premium version of the one you want.

 

any news on getting my ontime fixed?
