Well if you think about it using such a command might not affect other players on a pve server but it does deprive the user of a large part of the gameplay experience. In the end its just unnecessary.

 

Unnecessary... maybe so but it always better to please the majority then the minority. Do admit if you had access you would use it your self 24/7

If i wanted god mode or free /fly i would buy it as im not in a position that i couldnt afford it. the thing is i Dont want it as simply getting frustrated with a challenging boss and doing /god defeats the entire purpose of even playing the game. thats my opinion at least.

 

Well the good thing about that is that you can choose not to use those commands. Preventing others from using them just because you dont want to is silly.

 

Im just saying i would rather not be in the position that the temptation to use such a command would exist because someone on the server bought it for the whole server. If you buy access to it thats your choice. Im all for things that are just ease of life perks such as extra homes, /enderchest, /craft, ect. . this is just my opinion on the matter and if im the only one with this perspective then of course i dont expect the network to pander to the wants of an individual and a decision should be made in favor of the majority.

 

Just don't type /fly in chat and you should be able to avoid any unwanted flight.

Sure, but how is it going to work going forward? Will you be honoring past purchases, or will we lose what we paid for, when new servers are started once the new donor/patron methods are implemented? I plan on buying T2 or T3 patron (or whatever equals that once it's all finalized), but I doubt I would want to dump another 80-100 euros at once, if you revoke my Tier 5.

 

Looks good, but (as somebody else has probably asked) How will the current donator ranks change over?

Because you start with a community instead of having to gather players, which is very hard on modded servers these dayd

 

I also believe that the MyM community has actually been decreasing in size, or at least it feels that way.

 

I think this server-wide upgrade thing isn't a great idea. It'll just lead to people waiting for someone else to buy an upgrade. And some of the upgrades I don't think should particularly even be in the game to begin with (god, flight) as they take away a major part of progression for many modpacks (e.g. not ever requiring armor or ever requiring jetpacks).

The lootboxes also to me seem silly unless they literally give item sets ala the crates idea that was once talked about replacing the random item button. Having a random chance to get a random upgrade that is all risk on your behalf for others wouldn't be something that appeals to me, at least.

Cosmetics, removing the annoying spam thingy, removing the cooldown on global, adding /back, /ec, /craft, and /home all seem fair. Purchasing chunk loader tickets seems like a good idea. Being able to purchase claim blocks might be a good idea.

Personally I'd say /home (1) should be added to patron 1, /home (3) and /back with keep xp on patron 2, /home (5) with /craft /ec and /back on patron 3, and /home (inf) with the rest of the commands on patron 4. Mobspawner changing maybe, and tpa cooldown removal on all.

Without knowing the full range of what you can't do, I can't really say much, but this is just my two pence.

 

I doubt they will make it irl money only for chunkloaders but they might raise the cost of them. What would be cool is to see if there would be an option to rent a “diamond chunk loader” for a day/3day/week/2week/month. And that chunk loader would chunkload a chunk size you want with out needing tickets. That idea would be of course better for already well developed bases since chunkloader prices increase the more machines you happen to have in your base.

Yea would suck if that would be the case but you never know what they will decide. Just logically thinking about that I really doubt they would make it paid to chunk.
