Done Questbook reset please

Hey. as i've no idea how the create-a-ticket thing works (there's no button i saw to make new ticket), i'm asking here. if i may please have my questbook reset. i've recently began again in Regrowth, and like, half the first pages' quests are done, but refused to give me the rewards ,which i needed.

For the future, if you would like to create a ticket, you can do /ticket create in game. Are you online now by the way?

 

i logged off while i waited for a response. i could boot it back up if needed.
