Hi, got a bit of a situation here: i've purchased MC in 2010 and played vanilla till 2015, then i started playing FTB modpacks by using the FTB launcher. After starting on the MyM servers i noticed, that recipes didn't show up correctly, so i used the MyM launcher. After using it once, i can't login to my MC account anymore. I'm getting the message "Account migrated, use your email adress and password". I have NEVER migrated my account to Mojang, i was using my account name and password since i bought MC. Is there a connection between MyM launcher and account migration? Or is it just a very weird coincidence? Needless to say, that none of my email adresses work to log into my account, so i'm locked out atm. I've written an email to Mojang support on 01.09.2018. They (or he/she?) are processing cases from 12.28.2017 right now, so this might take a while or two. That also means, i'm on "vacation" by force, so please don't delete my claims/stuff. P.S: if you notice someone roaming around ingame as "nachtrauch": that's NOT me and please let me know.
now i have not read it all. but have u tryed this? Mojang Account and have u tryed to reset your pasword?
Yes, i've tried to migrate my account: "error, account already migrated". I also tried to reset my password, but never got an answer.
have u looked in the trash mail? i had som issus to when i migrated, it was a lot back and forword. cant remember what i did to fix it tho
3 things i can think of: You migrated the account It was auto migrated by mojang Someone else migrated it and your account is compromised The best thing you can do is contact mojang support. If possible call them as that is normally faster.
Mojang has answered my email yesterday evening. They have restored my account, i'm able to play MC again!
