Done I purchased claim blocks but never received them

Hi, yesterday at maybe 10 or 11 I made the purchased claim blocks but today after logging in I do not have them. I am thinking its maybe because I did not have an account if you could please help that would be amazing. My Ig name is Mo_The_Mystic
