As I did already a thread for disabling Teleportation delay and cooldown for Divine JourneyPatron Server ( Spoiler: Thread Implemented - (Patron Server) Teleportation delay & cooldown | MineYourMind Community , and It went through. I think It would be a good idea to do the same for the new Patron Server aka the SevTech modpack server

I added cooldown bypass to patron 2 as I don't see an issue with the eula there but with warmup/delay I do, we might add a server upgrade for that in the future.
But why not get rid of delay and warmup for the patron servers? Because you have nothing to lose except to gain some smiles for the Patron server. and it doesnt have issue with Eula as it will be for all the patrons.
