Implemented CL3 fun sync issue

    Today I played on CL1, then connected to CL3 and found weird client/server sync issue.
    My base looked like it was made of Lapis blocks and Rails. Relog did not help. Forcing update of the client helped though. I have no issue anymore, just reporting the weirdness.

    Ya, this is what i saw, but i haven't been back to CL3 yet to check .. i'll force update my client hopefully that'll fix it. Thank you.
