Done RFtools Builder issues

I've been mining with RFTools Builder, I've been having an issue where it's not mining below Y:13
This is my DIM settings

Is the card set to go down all the way to bedrock cause if not there's your problem

 

How do you set it to go all the way down?

 

The way I do it is I dig straight down (I know its breaking Minecraft Rule #1) till I hit bedrock then I take the Y coordinate of where my builder is at minus the Y coordinate of where bedrock level is then plug that into my shape card. I believe you have to set it to a negative number otherwise half will be above the builder other half will be below

Oh sorry I didn't know it was StoneBlock you were having this issue on disregard what I said about digging down to bedrock as there isnt any
