    I also voice the same objection to Simple Life 2 as I did before, there's no way to make this a public/open pack as the whole thrust is making villages. The overworld would be a mess within a week in an open environment.

    the D&D one doesnt look like its made for multiplayer servers, even if we can rent infrastructure from NASA

    Im not sure about the others but the things that make a pack great for singleplayer are different to what makes in compatible in a larger environment

    I have heard of gregblock from gregtech, but that makes me want to reach for the potato peeler

    It's not so much about where you can build, but how large the world is etc. In my experience with the pack even the starter buildings usually far exceed what a normal player build would be encompassing several chunks for the town hall alone. Add in farms, housing, workshops for a basic town and you are looking at quite the sprawl.
