Hey there Arphahat, I went ahead and tested and was successful in feeding chickens some seeds and it successfully breed them. I would like to ask what is your reason behind breeding chickens, if it is for feathers and eggs there is a better alternative than the vanilla way, which includes the item Ground Trap from Pams's HarvestCraft mod, the way that works is by placing it on the ground and surrounding it with 4 grass blocks and use a Veggie bait.
