When the entire 7k x 7k map has no snow biome

Brb placing water in the nether...

 

I mean 7kx7k isn't that big and theres a lot of biomes just in vanilla by itself so including all the biomes from modpacks.. well yeah ofc itd be hard to find a specific biome
